A proud and truly heart warming display at the home of the much fancied and rated Epsom Eagles. Unbeaten coming into the match but well beaten after it. However , the Eagles soared for much of the match and took a much deserved lead and it needed a stroke of luck on the stroke of half time when Conde took advantage of a defensive lap to round the Keeper. That broke the collective spirit of Epsom and very shortly after the resumption, Ako finised off some excellent work by Julain Green who gave a tireless display all day. By the time Leon Clarke rounded off the scoring in the 71st minute the Eagles had no answers left. Siaw showed at times why he is the best shot stopper in the league but after the storm, it was fine weather all the way for the Ironsides and a very powerful message was sent to all the grounds in our league
